I didnt think to much of my first experience with this travel agent..
tried to book a cruise but was told there are no cruises from nz to austrailia..found the staff belligerent, argumentative and uncooperative..
I went to another travel agent and guess what i have now booked a cruise from nz to austrailia..I have since told many people of my lousy dealings .
Well done way to promote good customer relations..

Went in for a quote, had a lovely chat with the friendly rep, but their system was down. They took all our details, promises were made to provide us a quote 'this afternoon'. Still waiting 4 days later...

Booked 4 trips with them over the past few years and am currently booking a 5th. Excellent service, friendly staff who go above and beyond. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Definitely recommend
