That’s such amazing place for the hair salon! And perfect hair designer! Eric helped me to choose a color and it was exactly suitable for me and perfect choice! I like this place so much, will definitely come back again! ❤️
the best hair experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, everything was on point. My stylist has a great eye and serious skills—they transformed my hair and I’ve been getting compliments non-stop. The vibe in the salon is also so relaxed and friendly. I first got my hair cut in June, i liked this and asked about getting my hair bleached (i had it mostly bleached already from a previous salon and had some breakage), they said they could do it without damaging it further. $520 later most of my hair had broken off to which they denied, however i went back later asking to get extensions. This was free but I did not get a refund. but after 2 months the extensions mostly all fell out and were very dry and damaged. so i got them removed and asked for a haircut and a gradient/balayage style to grow my dark roots out. the gradient wasn’t done very good, as he just painted a strip of brown between my root and the blonde (paid $320 for this? but gave a free haircut) so i went back to get it done again, for a reverse balayage style. it looks better now (not quite what i asked for), and he was going to charge me $320 for not even a full head of colour as i only got highlights above my shoulders and some darker roots (cost is only $120 for short hair, i ended up paying $200 just so i could leave). but the issue is they are in denial that i didn’t get what i asked for, and this was not worth the $1000 overall i have spent on my hair. I am not one to leave reviews or be confronting, but this is quite disappointing and others should be aware. If they acted professional and simply said that getting more bleach would further damage my hair i would have understood rather than taking that risk and causing my very long hair (almost down to my waist) to break to above my shoulders. or at least taken accountability and helped fix my hair rather than i having to spend more money so my hair didn’t look so damaged and messy. i did make the mistake of going back to them thinking this time would be different, but i definitely won’t be now. if you are to go here, stay away from bleaching/colour services, haircut was good though, they have two stylists, the other one might be better. better indication with photos below
Eric did an absolutely amazing job with my hair! As someone with curly hair, I’ve always struggled to get a decent haircut in Hamilton, but Eric has truly given me the haircut of my life. The color turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back!
