I had my immigration medical at WorldWise Travellers Health Hamilton yesterday morning. I did not have an appointment, but the staff kindly accommodated me when an early morning appointment became available due to a no-show. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the medical team made the experience stress-free. I was impressed by how well-organized everything was and how quickly I was seen despite not having a booking. Thank you to the team for their excellent service and flexibility. I would highly recommend WorldWise Travellers Health Hamilton to anyone needing immigration medical examinations or travel health services.
Located within Anglesea Pharmacy. Can't fault them, my immigration medical results were out in less after a week.
Great services from those lovely ladies there. I applied for a certain type of visa which requires a full medical check, they helped me figure out the specific checks with clear instructions of where I should go for each check. Notified me the $50 non-refundable beforehand. No customised form available but they combined whatever they can provide, appreciated the support!
All of the staff were so friendly and warm to everyone. The wonderful lady who I had my consultation with was very thorough, took her time and had a wealth of knowledge. I feel so much better prepared for my travels and really recommend this place. Thank you!
Very negative experience! Firstly, for AUS immigration medical, they charge almost $200 more than the panel doctors in Auckland. It’s worth making a trip to Auckland if it is an option. Secondly, be careful when they ask you to pay deposit. They charge $50 deposit for immigration medical. You would assume is to cover the loss if a customer do not turns up - Well it is not. It is non-refundable as soon as the transaction goes through, no matter what, or how far ahead you try to cancel. I booked, then canceled an appointment within 20 minutes - No refund, it cost me $50. I was completely blown away as to how they just took my money off me for no legitimate reasons at all. When I called, all the guy can do was emphasizing the policy while unable to give a real explanation for no refund. He couldn’t care less about my loss. What’s more, it was clear that my cancellation did not stop them from filling in the slot. I have done many immigration medicals over the years and have never encountered any one, or any clinics in general, that has such stiff and unreasonably implemented policy. My advise is to think twice when booking with them, compare the options and do not make a deposit unless you absolutely have to.e
