Great spot. Had the Chicken plum and brie croissant… really good. Coffee great!!No train on the day we were there but have been there on other occasions when the train was in and was a really cool vibe. Well worth dropping in. Location good if passing through gorge👍😎

Went on a Sunday afternoon, walking/biking tracks had been fairly busy, but the cafe wasn't too crowded, pleanty of seating inside and outside, pleasent service, I had a chicken, brie and cranberry panini (the bread was very fresh and tasty) wife had steak and cheese pie and our kid had the pancakes, all really tasty and well cooked/heated.

We enjoyed our lunch at the Station Cafe on our way to Whangamata. Great coffee & homemade food. Their blueberry muffins are super delicious 👌👌

Food was average, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was great – the fire adds a cosy feel and really gives the vibe of an old train station.

Charming cafe with delicious local food - not what you’d expect from a tourist location. If you time it right to arrive before a train you can avoid any line ups to order. The food was absolutely delicious and friendly staff. We stopped for lunch whilst doing the Hauraki rail trail. There’s bike racks too. 👍
