These guys appear to have taken short cuts and ground part of my engine off during a minor repair that ended up contaminating the oil in my vehicle with metal grinds. They tried to give the vehicle back to me but fortunately for me it was not running correctly when I collected it and I was able to challenge them on it. They took the vehicle back and had it for a further 53 days. During this time I believe they tried other short-cuts to try and remedy their failure, like flushing the oil to try and clear the grinds, investigating just replacing timing chain before finally landing on a full engine replacement (outsourced to Duncan & Ebbett) but with an older engine than my original. What should have been a short job to replace an oil cooler ended up costing me around $5K, taking almost 3 months and leaving me in a worse position than when I took my vehicle to them. The service manager, Ivan, has not kept his word around agreed resolution steps for their failure. Incredibly poor service and would urge anyone looking for competent repair to look elsewhere. If you do choose these guys make sure you know who is working on the vehicle and don't put too much value on what you are told.

After I received a high quote from the other air conditioning shop in Hamilton, I took my car to the team here and got a very competitive quote. It was a big job involving the dash in and out. It ended up costing over $1000 cheaper than the other shop and looking at the workmanship I can’t fault them. The dash is put back together perfectly with the air conditioning working faultlessly. I’m very happy with the job and the price and I would recommend it to anyone with air-conditioning problems that these guys do a good job. Happy customer A++
