Sadly I had a bad experience of the receptionist being a poor communicator. I had a simple enquiry that involved her asking the doctor about pricing. I rang and was told the doctor wasn't in that week, but I'd probably be contacted next week with info and if I wasn't, just to call them back. I rang the Tuesday after the following week having not heard anything (but this was alright since I was at least told I may not end up being called). She said she'd speak to him Wednesday and get back to me on that afternoon. I waited until Friday afternoon and rang in, and she said she had forgotten to speak to him and said she'd email him and contact me once he had responded (I even gave her my email this time too). Finally the next Wednesday rolls around and I call in. She says he can't fulfill my request (which is fine). But when I asked her when she had received his response I found out he had replied on that same Friday.
I am disappointed she didn't attempt to contact me at all on Friday, Monday or Tuesday. I didn't get any kind of apology until I actually reminded her that she was supposed to contact me and that I'd be taking my service elsewhere as a result. This all spanned over a period of 3 weeks and I was promised and failed being contacted on two occasions which was a waste of time and effort.
I'm sure the clinic itself is great but the receptionist was in this case very unprofessional.

Gave really great travel advice and they had all the medical things I needed to go traveling in one place. Great service!
