A wonderful place to stop during a journey and an excellent choice for a family lunch. There is plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a play area for children. The food is made with fresh ingredients and is delicious. They have some great vegetarian options. I highly recommend the kūmara with falafel and salad, it’s fresh, delicious, and very satisfying.

We stopped over on Kings Birthday for a lunch when pass Hamilton. It is a very nice spot. Plenty of seating, nice selection of food menu. Even kids menu it’s the longest kids menu I ever see! Good food and service. Playground is very thoughtful and unique for those exploring minds. Suitable for toddler as well as young children.

Ample parking. Accessible. Good menu. Sizeable play area. Feed the animals with affordable food bags for children (or adults!). Friendly counter service. Happy to wait for my meal during a busy period because of the space and distractions. Meals are reasonably priced for the quality of food and the atmosphere. Would happily eat here again. Would travel here just for a good cuppa and yarns. My stomach was happy. My kid was happy. I was happy.

Has options for different dietry requirements including vegan. Live music. Good food with good prices. Friendly staff. Great for kids, with options to feed sheep. Has rotating stalls close by that are nice to visit as well.

Really nice atmosphere, animals are very cute. Very busy and I understand why, if you have kids they seemed to be having a good time with the play ground stuff. Food was really good, please see the photos. Coffee was on point. There maybe a wait for your order due to the popularity but there is lots to keep you entertained and also nice stores out the front to look around. Would definitely recommend 👌
