My favorite cafe! Downsize with hash browns is consistently delicious! Beautiful food every time. Amazing customer service from the owners and their staff. It's a clean, relaxing atmosphere and I'd recommend this cafe to all. The prices are the best in Matamata. Thanks team, so appreciate you.

Beef sliders were good and tasty, and Chip was crispy ( how chips should be). Ice latte, coffee is strong enough to cover the sweetest of ice cream. Newly added : Dory meal, the fish was fresh, not cardboard thin and dry. Salad was good , with the chef mixed dressing.

The women behind the counter needs to learn customer service asap. Worst coffee we have EVER had! Burnt, watery and the milk was over steamed. Definitely do not recommend.

Stopped in on the way to Auckland New Year’s Day good efficient service great food but sadly the coffee was a let down. It was very bitter tasting

The Rich coffee Cafe was so warm and inviting. Staff were so kind and friendly! The atmosphere was so cozy and comfy. My sister and I have a lot of dietary requirements, such as: Gluten free and dairy free. They were so understanding and the food was to die for. Highly recommend.
