I can’t recommend this shop enough! From start to finish, the customer service was 10/10.
Communication: Lalinda was incredibly quick to respond to my email inquiry and explained every detail of the service clearly so I knew exactly what was being done.
Value: Not only did they do a great job on their standard 'comprehensive service package,' but they also included a few extra things I requested at no additional charge.
Above & Beyond: What truly impressed me was the level of customer care. They kindly provided a loan car for me to use during my service, with the simple request to return it at the same fuel level. I was in a massive rush when returning it and didn't have time to top up the fuel. I offered to pay for the fuel fee, but they wouldn't take a cent and simply accepted the car with a smile. Truly honest and professional people—I’ll be back for all my future car needs!

These guys never put a foot wrong—they’re always upfront and honest about costs, timeframes, suggestions, and they have excellent communication. Unlike other places with hidden fees, missed deadlines, and no helpful advice.
The lady at the front reception is so warm and inviting with her smile—nothing is ever a problem, and she provides top-notch customer service.
A couple of suggestions: Consider opening at 7am instead of 8am. That would really help workers drop off their cars before the school traffic chaos hits, making it easier to get kids to school, leave the vehicle, and head to work.
Also, amp up your marketing to target LIC staff and university students—they all have cars, and your competitive pricing on WOFs and services would be a big draw!
I recently had my car in for a service and WOF, and it was a smooth process all around.

I am so happy that I found Smart Auto Clinic. I was able to make a same day appointment to have my WOF done. The technicians are lovely and make it super easy to understand what is needed for your vehicle. Jo on the front desk is amazing and super communicative. Services always run on time, even when they’re short staffed. I have found that the prices are very good for all of the services as well, which is great, especially within this economy. I have decided to just stick with Smart Auto Clinic for all things needed for my car. They are the best I’ve found in Hamilton thus far. Not only do they offer the best services but they are unmatched when it comes to communicating with clients. I would recommend everyone to go to Smart Auto Clinic.

I had an amazing experience at Smart Auto Clinic in Hamilton yesterday. The service far exceeded my expectations!
From clear inspections and transparent pricing to professional communication, the whole process was smooth and reassuring.
I had a full service done, including oil change,tyre and brake pads replacements， etc. Their technical skills are outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, repeatedly reminding me about safety during the work, which felt very thoughtful! The technicians were professional and patiently explained everything, the workshop was very tidy , clean and well-organized.
Overall, a highly professional, reliable experience——I strongly recommend them! 👍👍👍

I had an excellent experience getting my car serviced here. The team was friendly, professional, and kept the whole process smooth from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, were honest with their recommendations, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout.
The service itself was well-done, and the communication was top-notch. It’s not often you find a place that’s this reliable and customer-focused.
I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
