Hi, I have been to many mechanics in the past. As a woman who knows nothing about cars I have been ripped off thousands. I finally found this bunch of wonderful people who are so efficient, kind and most of all HONEST.. Example; My car was pissing out water ( best way to explain it.. lol).. I had to fill up the water when I drove it. So I pulled into one of their branches.. thinking the worst and how much it was going to cost me UGG. I was seen too straight away and given a courtesy car. I received the so called dreaded phone call two days later.. He said He replaced a O ring (50 cents) and left it running to see if it leaked. It was fixed ( thanks Lee). I have been back a few times because of bigger issues that were always solved ( only because of the age of the car). I took it in 2 days ago because it was smoking from the exhaust and also on the engine.. thinking the worst as usual. They text me this morning letting me know my car was ready to be picked up.. I had leaked oil on the engine as I was filling it up and it was just burning off. They cleaned it off and put it on the hoist and also cleared old codes off.. I will always use them. They are old school, trustworthy, modern mechanics. Too all the women out there.. Thanks Guys.
Absolutely awesome service from the team at Rototuna Automotive! Super friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. They made the whole process a breeze, which is always appreciated when it comes to car stuff! 😂 Great local business, great people and fantastic service. Would happily recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service at Rototuna Automotive, came for WOF but did not tell them when I booked that I would wait for it to be done immediately. However, they fit me in and did the job on spot, quickly and efficiently and with a smile. Very professional and nice people.
I went into Rototuna Auto as I urgently needed to replace my battery. I didn't have an appointment but popped in on the way to work and the friendly guys tested it and replaced it within 15 minutes! Great service guys. Always super friendly even when up to ears with jobs. Is my local go to.
It is a warm, welcoming business with a friendly owner & staff. They provide excellent assessment of vehicle issues and recommendations to resolve them. Pricing was very fair, and they have courtesy car availability. They treat you with respect and a smile.
