I’ve been coming to Roland Automotive for around 4 years now. The owner is an experienced mechanic for years and very friendly as well as the staff. You get to be given a quote first before you authorize them for a repair. They are very transparent with what your car needs and you can work on with them what would you like to priotize when it comes to repairs.
this workshop is dishonest and greedy. took my car in for a warrant of fitness which they failed it for a number of things. went to a different local workshop and passed WOF apart from one of the things listed which was fixed and sorted the same day. they also did the same thing to a family member. vehicle was taken in due to a check engine light, got the vehicle back the same day but there was another issue the next day which had to be fixed again by them so pretty much what they like to do here is give you more damage. they charged high prices for very poor quality work. would never recommend this place. do not come here.
They have always been great and looked after me. Very reasonable, I value them to continue looking after my vehicles.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP. ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS I TOOK MY VEHICLES TO REPAIR AND THEY DELIVERED THEM WITH MORE DAMAGE, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE ABSURDLY HIGH PRICES AND DO THE WORK POORLY, AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU MORE FOR THE NEXT REPAIR, AND THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.
