Khirua was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was so patient with me, answering all my questions and was so helpful. She made everything such a breeze
Khirua was wonderful she had a pleasant and helpful manner and explained the application for a Travelex card very clearly
Need to allow customers to phone them (instead of making that impossible) so customers are not standing around waiting, can check if they have enough cash on hand etc. why do they not want to hear from their customers!!??
Amazing service. Fast turn around. Great click and collect, and were able to meet my complex needs of multiple currencies and denominations in less than 24 hours. Not the best rates, but worth it for the great service
The lovely lady, Khirua, matched Lotus exchange rate, already knew she had to give me the new USD notes as the country I was travelling to only accepts new notes -knowledgeable- and made the process super simple. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend to only use Lotus to get the exchange rate that you want to be matched to but use No1 Currency service, as the lady at Lotus forced me to put a 5 stars review before acceding to exchange my money. Not going there again.
