I visited 12 Dec 2022 to do my driving test and there were a few other people also doing driving tests so it was quite busy but the staff were so lovely, greeted everybody who entered and gave a timeframe of when they would be seen to. I wish the ladies could have proper lunch breaks! Special thank you to Siobhan for being a great driving tester, Kelly for the helpful pre-test drive, and the admin ladies (I think their names were Liz and someone else I'm sorry but you were great!). Take your breaks ladies you deserve it!

Extreme friendly, knowledgeable & courteous service, accessible to all, only draw back is size of building resulting in limited capacity. From an great range of visitor information on local & Countrywide tourist attractions, & general area information covering all of NZ to bus tickets, tourist attraction bookings ETC.
A tourist 'goldmine' of information.

Ronnies cafe wonderful service lounge seats very comfortable on a cool day after leaving the event centre after a fantastic team work win by Tauranga against Rotorua. Getting back to the food at Ronnies we asked to have the chicken wrap toasted on that cold day and discovered how cold it still was however the tea pot for 3 was wonderful and we will visit again.
