This is a great auto shop. Richard and the team are amazing to deal with. Very helpful. Reliable. Ask before undertaking work on the car and offer alternatives. From reception to mechanics, just fabulous people.
Richard and the team at Lake Street Auto were just so kind, helpful, fast and informative. They very kindly helped me to diagnose what was wrong with my car and then assist me to demolish it. Hassle-free on my end and everyone was so fantastic throughout. Thank you so much, team!
Brilliant customer service, super informative and reliable, I had a terrible experience from a car yard and the team at Lake Street Auto were so supportive and willing to help me anyway possible. I 10/10 recommend coming here for any repairs, WOFs, services, diagnostic's etc. Thank you so much Lake Street Auto!!! 🙌🏼😎
Very friendly and helpful, looked at my squeaky old van immediately and changed out a tire very quick. Thank you so much guys!:)
Lake Street Auto came to my rescue after I was provided a $3,000 quote for repairing issues when my car failed a WOF at another mechanic. They were reassuring, realistic and super helpful. Slashing my repair bill more than half the quote from elsewhere. Excellent service, will be bringing my business here in the future.
