Great, fast & friendly service! Took my car in for compliance and they told me what I needed I got it done after so many compliance checks, but thanks to the team at KWMotors I got there in the end! I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here. Thank you everyone.

I had a lot of strange noises coming from my car, and several other workshops couldn't figure out what was causing the problem. These guys took the time to properly inspect it, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. They gave me a quote, and after comparing it with a few other workshops, I found their price was very fair and reasonable. I went ahead with the repair, and the car is now running perfectly with all the noises gone. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional service. Finding a trustworthy automotive workshop can be difficult, especially when your vehicle has a problem that no one seems able to diagnose. After my experience with this workshop, I can confidently say they have earned my trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable mechanics.

Extremely disappointing experience with KW Motors Frankton. I would not recommend this place. Too Unprofessional. I was given a quote and agreed to the price. The following day, I received a call saying they had made a mistake and didn't actually have the correct part. They told me a different part was needed, which significantly increased the cost of the repair. What makes this even more frustrating is that they had already started dismantling my car before properly confirming they had the correct parts for the job. A professional workshop should verify the required parts and pricing before beginning any work, not after the vehicle has already been taken apart. Since the new price was much higher than what we had agreed on, I decided I wanted to take my car elsewhere. That's when I was told they had already removed parts from my vehicle and that I would have to pay if I wanted everything put back together before taking it away. The most frustrated thing is that this situation was caused by their mistake, not mine. They quoted the job based on the wrong part and only realized it after starting work. I felt pressured into continuing with the repair because my car had already been dismantled. The whole experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. If the correct parts and pricing had been confirmed before work began, none of this would have happened. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Reply to you Imaginary Theory: First of all, when your staff sent me the additional repairs and the quote, I clearly told her that I was prepared to take my car elsewhere and have the work done by another workshop. Her response was that your team had already removed the tyres and suspension arm, and that if I wanted my car back, I would have to pay for everything to be put back together. What's interesting is that this conversation happened over the phone, despite your claim that you prefer written communication because you want a record of everything. It seems that principle only applies when it suits you. More importantly, any mechanic with basic common sense would check that the correct parts are available and suitable before dismantling a customer's vehicle. Removing parts first and only then discovering issues with the replacement parts is not my mistake—it's yours. Therefore, I reject the idea that I should pay for your workshop to reinstall parts that were removed because your staff failed to carry out proper checks beforehand. After being put in that position, I obtained a quote from another company for the same repairs at a lower price. I sent your staff the written quote and asked whether you could match it. Unlike verbal claims, I provided actual proof. However, by the time I sent the quote, your workshop had already completed two repairs without first obtaining my agreement on the final price for the entire job. From my perspective, this is exactly how customers end up feeling trapped. Once you have possession of their vehicle and have already started dismantling or carrying out work, they are left with limited options and increasing costs. Looking through your previous reviews, I can see that I am not the only customer who has had this experience. You stated that things work differently in New Zealand. If this is what you consider professional service, then perhaps the issue is not how things work in New Zealand, but how your business operates. Professional workshops communicate clearly, confirm costs before proceeding, verify parts before dismantling vehicles, and take responsibility for their own mistakes instead of passing those costs on to customers. Based on my experience, your workshop failed to do any of those things

This is what he said. "I don't care . Not my problem. And afew other words. Doesn't want to take responsibility for his workers causing damage to my vehicle. The whole time they had my car I was left in the lurch Really unprofessional Do not take your car here for repairs If I could do zero stars I would Wow hahaha Defecation thats a good one I knew you were a deceitful conniving person but your reply is mind blowing and pure lies Everyone else that's given you a 1 star bad review must be a liar to My car was immaculate prior to being in your work shop as you and your worker who i physically spoke to about the damage told me he would buff it and shine it before I pick it up Stay well clear of this place guys
