Update: Emailed you - no reply Did not have a good experience here at all. Extremely overpriced. Was quoted 8 hours to replace a fuel pump and 12 hours for some bushings, $100 for 1 oring. Work was done at another mechanic total labour 6.5 hours, oring was $25 so you quoted literally double. Rip off.
I had an excellent experience with the service team at Ingham. A special shoutout to Daniel, who was incredibly helpful in finding the right solutions for my car’s servicing needs. Really great service here. As a female I've had my share of auto service places trying to sell me services my car doesn't need. Inghams did my WOF and I had also booked wheel balance + alignment and they checked and found the alignment wasn't necessary, so only charged me for the balance. This is how how you build a trust relationship. I'll be back for the service. Plus they even washed my car!
We only take our cars here very good service, don’t try add extra things
Got my WOF here last week and had a great experience! From booking a time over the phone to getting the keys back - had great customer service! I was able to wait in reception while they completed the WOF and my car even got a complimentary wash and vacuum - will definitely be back if I need any vehicle maintenance.
