We had a two month trip to Europe to plan and needed to build a foundation we could start preparing from. We were very happy with the assistance we received. We had Angela Taverner guiding us and with her assistance we planned our flights, cruise and a few extras based on her feedback to our queries. We found the whole process to be easy and we could tell Angela really loves what she does. Thank you again Angela, we had an amazing time!
Carol was able to book me on to tour and flights to enable me to share the experience with my sibling and her husband. Also managed a reasonable priced upgrade to Premium Economy for the long flight I will be doing on my own.
Angela Taverner listened to what we wanted and gave us several options. We chose what and when we wanted to go on river cruise from Amersterdam to Budapest. Angela has exceptional communication skills as well as knowledge. In addition we also booked a trip to Rarotonga with Angela for August, she listened to what we wanted and arranged the itinerary seamlessly. We will not be hesitating recommending Angela to our friends and will look forward to working with Angela again.

It was 24 hours from the time i first contacted HOT, to sitting with Angela, her developing a draft travel itinerary, and me saying yes & paying the deposits. She made it simple & made me confident I'd be having a well planned holiday.
