I’ve been a loyal customer of Hillcrest Auto for over 10 years. Despite changes in ownership and staff over the years, the service has always remained top-notch. The team’s friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to meeting all my automotive needs have consistently been outstanding. Even though I live on the other side of town, I continue to bring all my vehicles here and will do so for many more years. I highly recommend this shop—it’s hands down the best in Hamilton.

Fixed an issue with the AC in my Colorado within 2 hours. I'd barely arrived home when I got the call to go pick it up. Great service, great communication, great work. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing. I turned up unannounced in a state because I thought my engine had seized up. They dropped everything to help me straight away and were reassuring. My car was fixed in no time at a reasonable charge and they explained everything in a way that was not patronising but easy to understand. I recommend this garage highly and I will be back.
