Highly recommend! Super approachable and easy to deal with. He really takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and is very knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Thanks so much
Highly recommend! Excellent service, honest advice, and top-quality workmanship. The mechanic took the time to explain everything clearly and completed the job professionally and on time. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, but this experience exceeded expectations. Fair pricing, great communication, and attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back for future work. Thanks again for the outstanding service!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Hillcrest Auto for over 10 years. Despite changes in ownership and staff over the years, the service has always remained top-notch. The team’s friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to meeting all my automotive needs have consistently been outstanding. Even though I live on the other side of town, I continue to bring all my vehicles here and will do so for many more years. I highly recommend this shop—it’s hands down the best in Hamilton.
Absolutely amazing. I turned up unannounced in a state because I thought my engine had seized up. They dropped everything to help me straight away and were reassuring. My car was fixed in no time at a reasonable charge and they explained everything in a way that was not patronising but easy to understand. I recommend this garage highly and I will be back.
I would say best in Hamilton, so professional, no delays in fixing the car .! Highly recommended.!! Thanks for the best service Raman
