Jolien at Rototuna was an absolute star when it came to our bookings. She was more than willing to help us and did so by going over and above for us. She is really friendly and easy to talk to, we were completely relaxed around her and had full confidence with what she was doing. We were always well informed at all times with her good communication skills. It's really good to deal with someone like Jolien that is always switched on and on the ball. She was professional at all times and always answered all our questions. I will highly recommend Jolien to anybody that is planning on traveling.

We have recently completed our first trip to the UK which Jolien Venter (Hello World Rototuna) planned for us. She did all the added extras we requested and was extremely helpful and accomodating of us. We are not great with technology and she made our trip so easy. She thought of everything and made our holiday a breeze! We would highly recommend Jolien to anyone, and we will continue to use her for our future adventures. Thanks Jolien!

I can't say enough about the excellent service we were given for our trip in September 2024. Jolien just made it so easy for us, so we could relax and just look forward to it. Her communication with us was exemplary, including even providing us with an emergency number to use while away overseas if necessary.
She made all the reservations, helped us choose our plane seats, then booked them, organized all the transfers, booked our river cruise, and organized the travel insurance and currency we needed. She made suggestions for excursions, and once we decided she booked these, too. Her service was outstanding, and she's a real asset to this company.
All the Helloworld team at Rototuna are really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their business of travel.
Thank you so much for the gift. We'll enjoy it! We will certainly be coming back again!
