Terrible customer service, got charged a $200 call out fee to come diagnose my ute and requested a diagnostic report to be written for my dispute claim and I am still waiting for it 2 weeks later as the ute was checked on the 16th of July and it is now the 31st. I have constantly tried to reach out but have heard nothing back considering it's for legal matters and the owner was informed of
this. I feel very disheartened by their work as they have not helped me at all and that I payed $200 for nothing.

I had a very dubious experience and do not feel that my money was well spent (almost $300). I had recently purchased a van and wanted a thorough check over. I stayed at the yard, and he went for a 35 min drive, came back and barely looked under the bonnet. I have been asking for an invoice, something in writing to show what work was completed. It is now 10 days later and he has not provided me with the paperwork. Very frustrating and shoddy...

Most unreliable mechanic i have ever been too, claimed to have fixed a fuel line and it is cracked and cable tied together and got charged 1.5k for the “fix”
A service also cost 1.3k to drive away and errors are popping up with a check engine light. Have tried to communicate with the guy and received nothing back.

Really good and fast service!
We had to replace our torque converter and the entire transmission and were in really big hurry to get the job done to travel on asap… The mechanic team did a super fast and promising job and after one day we were ready to hit the road again. The whole mechanic crew was super friendly and patient with us!!! So definitely recommendable and if you are looking for a new mechanic or even just passing through, this is the mechanic to go to!

When no body could fit Me in, when no body could come to my rescue, the mechanic was on-site 30mins after the phone call. With great communication I understood the price before the job was started.
They got the ute sorted and back up and driving, I then went into the shop and was given extremely good service to suit my needs.
When no one could, they were there. Made my day team. I hope Santa brings you lots a beers .
Merry Christmas, thanks for putting me back in the road.
Have a good new year, I'll be back for further repairs
