From the initial consultation to the final reveal, the service was top-notch - professional, friendly, and totally transparent. I had an excellent experience with Hamilton Collision Repairs following repair to my Ranger. The team was consistently attentive, maintained clear and timely communication, and showed great flexibility in accommodating my schedule. Their professionalism and easy going approach made the entire process go smooth. The repair was done quicker than I expected and they even accommodated some extra repairs for me!
The quality of the repair work was excellent. I highly recommend go see Kate and the HCR team to anyone seeking reliable and high-quality collision repair services.

Someone charged us 3k for a collision repair these guys did it for 700 - they were considerate and finished in one day… Receptionist is super helpful! - does her best for accurate quotes, tells you where parts are sourced and explains the process of everything they do and how much they charge for every little thing. Then we went back for a really bad leak - buckets full of water on the floors and they fixed it for free - we were stoked!!… definitely the best experience we’ve had with mechanics. Super grateful, they always get us in ASAP would definitely keep going back, highly recommend 😊
