"Excellent service & customer care" is the shortest way to summarize my experience with HCR. The details: I contacted Kate at HCR, one of the repairers my insurance company uses. Kate told me I could come over right away. She was thorough with the photos she took and told me she would have the quote to the insurance company the next day. She contacted me again when the insurance company approved the work and booked me in. When I dropped the car off, Mike said the car would be ready in four days... and before I could call, Kate contacted my on the fourth day telling me the car was ready. HCR didn't just fix the damage that the car was in for, but also fixed the minor dings on the passenger doors - a bonus. I call that going the extra mile as they didn't need to do that. Clearly they take pride in their work! Another bonus - A free courtesy car. I didn't have that benefit in my insurance cover, but Kate told me the courtesy car was complimentary! I did notice a minor issue with the work done/part replaced after I had driven off. When I went back Kate took photos and has promised to contact me to have the issue taken care off once the required part is in. I couldn't be happier with my experience with HCR and have no hesitation/reservation recommending them! Kudos to the Kate, Mike & their team!
5 stars isn't enough! Mike and Kate and the team at Hamilton Collision Repairs absolutely knocked it out of the park with my vehicle's makeover. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, the service was top-notch - professional, friendly, and totally transparent. The quality of work is impeccable, and the attention to detail is clear in every panel and paint stroke. Highly recommend! Mike and Kate truly care about their customers and it shows in their work. Kate and the team were so lovely to deal with! Made the whole process of getting my car fixed easy and convenient, from initial quote to finished job. Reasonable pricing, and even had a great courtesy car to zoom around in while they were working on mine. All around great experience, would highly recommend HCR for any private repair work!
