Incredible service, truely went above and beyond with their customer care. The businesses actions truely show that they prioritise human decency and respect of their customers, even when this rivals their profits.
Took my car in this weekend and they not only gave high quality service at an incredibly reasonable price, but they also took it down to the WOF Station where I originally had it woffed to get the changes approved and the car was both woffed and repaired when I collected it.
I cannot recommend them enough, for good service, great prices, and human decency which is sorely lacking in businesses these days, bring your car here. You will not be disappointed.

Frustrating and a waste of time.
Needed a part replaced, booked a week earlier and asked them for a time on a Saturday when they could do it and was told 9am, would take about an hour. All over the counter, signs were displayed that bookings were essential, I had a booking and was comfortable about the work being complete.
Car dropped off and keys handed over, was told job will start shortly as the mechanic had a current job about to finish. Off for a walk and 1.5hrs later I returned to find out that the job had not even started and a story about how everyone wants work done at Christmas. What is the point of a confirmed day and time booking if a booking system is not used. Really frustrating. I suggest that if Claudelands Automotive want to retain customers, they actually start using a booking system. Most people, like me will not get burnt twice. I am off to another garage.
