Top tier and affordable prices for everyone. Hassle free, with top tier customer service My brother and I couldn't stop admiring the work done when we came to pick up the car yesterday. I have been a regular customer for over three years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in last Monday due to an engine warning light. I was charged $360, which included a 10,000 km service that I did not request. Two days later, my car broke down on the highway, leaving me stranded for two hours and forcing me to cancel my work shift. When I had it towed back, the owner was dismissive, saying they found no issues during their initial test drive and that he was very busy. At the end of the day, I had to call him myself for an update, as he had not contacted me. He said he hadn’t had time to look at the car. My car remained at the shop from Wednesday to the following Tuesday with no communication. When I called again on Tuesday morning, he told me he still hadn’t identified the problem. That same afternoon, I still had not received any update, so I visited the shop in person. The owner said I was “too demanding” simply for asking for updates, even though I had only contacted him a few times. He asked me to pick up my car, and I overheard him speaking to staff about the issue using inappropriate language. He then returned my car without fixing the problem, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. It is disappointing to treat a long-term customer this way, especially after a major breakdown just two days after their service. I cannot recommend this place anymore.

Incredible service, truely went above and beyond with their customer care. The businesses actions truely show that they prioritise human decency and respect of their customers, even when this rivals their profits. Took my car in this weekend and they not only gave high quality service at an incredibly reasonable price, but they also took it down to the WOF Station where I originally had it woffed to get the changes approved and the car was both woffed and repaired when I collected it. I cannot recommend them enough, for good service, great prices, and human decency which is sorely lacking in businesses these days, bring your car here. You will not be disappointed.
