Cool stop on the road
We stopped in trauma and walked around all the cafes and ended up choosing this place and it was a good choice.
The staff were friendly and lots of seating choices.
The interior kinda resembled an old school class room with writing all over the walls as there decor
The food was really good we got a lamb burger wit lh a side of mushrooms and scotch steak burger and both were very tasty and decent sized portion and the iced coffee was also excellent.

If your looking for some place a bit different with atmosphere this is the place for you, lots of unique sharpi artwork if you want to scribble on a serface, you can. Staff were happy and friendly. Black coffee was very low tide, but they were happy to top it up when asked. Reasonble prices.

If you want to complete your experience of Tirau's quirky artwork, this cafe is the place to go.
Food is good, the location is great, although it can get a bit noisy beside the main road.
My Lemongrass Chicken was yummy, but my wife's Open Steak Sammy was a bit underwhelming. The steak was not as requested, medium rare but well done, and the meal was barely enough to feed an adult.
