After accepting a good, competitive quote we got our car serviced at Te Awamutu Super Shoppe. Noticing we also needed a WOF on drop off I asked if they could do that as well, the front office service was efficient, friendly and advised the time needed to complete full request. I was impressed with the service I received from Deane Mark Auto Super Shop, Rickit road ,Te Awamutu : My car was leaking oil .It was not triggered by the usual causes .,and very hard to find . Only thanks to staff dedication and commitment ! ,they found it . As well , they kept me in the loop during the whole process ,and asked for my permission, before every next suggested option. Broke down on my way to New Plymouth from Auckland. Friendly people and amazing service - diagnosed the issue and sourced parts quickly and at a good price. Dropped me off at Cambridge to collect a rental car and dropped my car back there when finished. These guys are highly recommended. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Strange how I dont even write anything yet and I get attacked by you. By the way I was not rung to say my car was ready. You rung me at 11.34 am and thats only call on my phone log . Only happened to be walking past with someone who noticed it parked outside. I was fully aware of what you said on phone. Last garage said it was my belt tensioner that was making the noise not transmission? I was not told it would cost that much. ! Don't worry you wont be seeing me again anyway. I'll be going back to Hamilton were i used to take my car because they were up front with cost. They have excellent service.
