I often get quite anxious dealing with mechanics because I do not understand what I am doing, but the team at Auto Super Shoppe in Hamilton made the journey a breeze.. Good communication, and any issues were sorted out promptly.
We had all six fuel injectors in our Audi A5 TDI replaced — not a cheap job — and we weren’t sure if we’d walk away happy considering the hefty bill. But once we started the car, it sounded and ran better than when we bought it five years ago.
The team was also great to deal with, communicating everything clearly before carrying out any work. Would definitely return for the service alone.

The service, communication, expertise is second to none. They go above and beyond to fix issues. And believe me my car had issues. Really appreciate their honesty and the time they spent on my beast. Very much appreciated. I would totally recommend these guys to all. You won't be disappointed. They are legends.

AVOID!!!
Failed my wof due to "needing all 4x new brake pads and skimmed rotas". Got a second quote at another mechanic and ended up getting the work done there, break pads all had 3-4 years life left and some had 80% thickness left. Definitely not failable.
I did advise the mechanic who failed my car and he kindly offered me a free WOF next time, however I have turned this down as this should not have happened. "I had a look and had to make a judgement call" is what I was told re the brakes..
Well I'd say with the amount of tread left, it's a great training opportunity to investigate a bit harder rather than have the customer pay for unnecessary repairs.
Not overly impressed, though I'll say he handled it well when I queried it. Great learning opportunity on how to conduct a WOF check, and great lesson for customers to always get a second opinion!
