Mike is a good man looks after his customers well they do good work on my vehicles and takes pride in what they do. I recommend Mike and his team of mechanics and not to forget the lady receptionists as a safe place to go for your mechanical needs. Cheers.
Great experience. I needed some repairs for a warrant. The quote for repairs was given very quickly and I managed to sort repairs the same day. Would definitely recommend. Everyone was super friendly and great to deal with.
Fantastic service. I drove in when I was told I needed new shocks after my service elsewhere. 2 guys came out and inspected my car then they prepared a quote explaining it in detail. Booked it in within a few days and it was done in a few hours. Great communication and much cheaper than my usual mechanic had quoted. Will definitely be going back.
I phoned this morning for a WOF check and got an appointment the same day. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the ladies at reception and the premises were clean and tidy. Bonus is there's lots of food places you can take a short walk to while you wait for your vehicle. The mechanic fixed my window wiper for free as well so I could pass my WOF. I've booked in for a full service next week and would highly recommend Affordable Auto Services, Frankton. Thank you!
I wouldn’t even rate this place 1 Star. Very disappointing experience. I took my car to this mechanic to have it looked at, and I was initially told I would be charged for 30 minutes. I was then told they had actually spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on the car and was charged over $80. What bothered me most was the way I was treated. I felt I was spoken to rudely and treated differently from the other customers there. When I raised my concerns and asked whether the way I was being treated had anything to do with me being brown, the owner, Mike, did not handle the situation professionally. The comments made by the owner were rude and disrespectful, including “so you just wasted our time.” As a customer, I don't think anyone should be spoken to that way, especially when they are simply asking questions about a charge and the service they received. I found the whole experience unfair, uncomfortable and extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, rude attitude from the owner, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
